The Vice President (Non-Tech) oversees the club's non-technical operations, ensures smooth collaboration between different teams, and drives initiatives that contribute to the club’s growth.

What you will<do/>

Directly oversee and coordinate the non-technical teams, including Event, Marketing, and Human Resources
Develop strategic plans to enhance the club’s visibility, engagement, and impact
Ensure that tasks and initiatives are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards
Foster collaboration between teams to achieve club-wide goals
Monitor the performance and well-being of team members, providing guidance and support
Solve internal challenges and maintain a positive and productive club culture

What you will<need/>

Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
Experience in event planning, marketing, or operations management
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to analyze, strategize, and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in Google tools (Mail, Docs, Sheets) and other relevant software
Negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives
