The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and developing the club’s internal team, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for all members.
What you will<do/>
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract potential members
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure the smooth integration of new members
- Monitor and support members’ well-being, engagement, and overall development
- Organize and conduct internal training sessions to enhance skills and team performance
- Address internal concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain team harmony
- Develop initiatives to strengthen club culture and boost member motivation
What you will<need/>
- Commitment to working during the 2026 term
- Passion for fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and team development processes
- Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Drive, etc)
- Conflict resolution, communication, and people management skills
