The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and developing the club’s internal team, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for all members.

What you will<do/>

  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract potential members
  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure the smooth integration of new members
  • Monitor and support members’ well-being, engagement, and overall development
  • Organize and conduct internal training sessions to enhance skills and team performance
  • Address internal concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain team harmony
  • Develop initiatives to strengthen club culture and boost member motivation

What you will<need/>

  • Commitment to working during the 2026 term
  • Passion for fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and team development processes
  • Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Drive, etc)
  • Conflict resolution, communication, and people management skills
