The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and developing the club’s internal team, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for all members.

What you will<do/>

Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract potential members
Manage the onboarding process to ensure the smooth integration of new members
Monitor and support members’ well-being, engagement, and overall development
Organize and conduct internal training sessions to enhance skills and team performance
Address internal concerns and mediate conflicts to maintain team harmony
Develop initiatives to strengthen club culture and boost member motivation

What you will<need/>

Commitment to working during the 2026 term
Passion for fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and team development processes
Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Drive, etc)
Conflict resolution, communication, and people management skills
