The Marketing Manager is the head of the Marketing team, responsible for overseeing all marketing activities within the department and the club.
What you will<do/>
- Work closely with the Executive Board to propose, guide, and develop marketing plans aligned with GDGoc HANU’s vision, growth, and activities
- Represent and maintain collaborative relationships with other departments within GDGoc HANU
- Monitor and report on the progress of marketing activities, the performance of communication channels, and member engagement
- Propose recruitment plans and partnership strategies aligned with the club’s development goals
- Collaborate with Managers and Leaders of different teams to plan and assign appropriate tasks
- Ensure sufficient personnel and expertise for effective project execution
- Support team members in acquiring marketing knowledge and information
- Address and process feedback from members regarding marketing activities
- Direct and oversee all marketing operations
- Ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing plans and deliverables
- Maintain, develop, and strengthen the Marketing team in terms of expertise, structure, and personnel
- Manage workflows, delegate tasks, and track progress to meet deadlines
- Resolve internal issues and foster team cohesion
What you will<need/>
- Research and strategic marketing analysis skills
- Planning and project management skills
- Organizational and leadership skills for both self and team management
- Familiarity with Google tools (Mail, Docs, Sheets, etc) and relevant marketing tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening, conflict resolution, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with a strategic vision
