The Event Manager is the head of the Event Team, responsible for coordinating the team’s activities and organizing club events. They are in charge of proposing, planning, and executing events to support the club's operations and development while collaborating with other specialized teams to achieve set goals.
What you will<do/>
- Directly oversee the entire operation of the Event Team
- Ensure that plans and tasks are completed early and with high quality
- Maintain, develop, and enhance the team’s expertise, structure, and personnel in the long run
- Understand the operational process, assign tasks to members, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Resolve internal issues and maintain team cohesion
What you will<need/>
- Research, analysis, planning, and project management skills
- Event organization, coordination, and management skills
- Self-management and leadership skills for both personal and team levels
- Familiarity with Google tools (Mail, Docs, Sheets) and relevant software
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Active listening, mediation, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with strategic vision
