The Engagement subcommittee is part of the Human Resources department, responsible for ensuring that members feel actively involved and committed to the organization. They foster a positive working environment, create opportunities for member growth, and ensure that the club’s values and objectives are effectively communicated throughout GDGoc HANU.

Develop and implement strategies to create a positive working environment and enhance member commitment
Organize programs and events that encourage interaction, learning, and active participation within the club
Collect feedback and data from members to assess engagement levels and drive improvements
Support the communication of organizational values, goals, and culture across the club
Conduct recruitment processes for the club and projects

Commitment to working during the 2026 term
Interest in human resources, law, and technology
Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to grow
Familiarity with in Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Drive)
Strong administrative and written communication skills
Ability to train and work effectively with people
Preference is given to applicants from Hanoi University (HANU)
