The Event Logistics team plays a crucial role within the Event Committee, responsible for planning, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that GDGoc HANU events run smoothly and efficiently.
What you will<do/>
- Develop logistics plans for events
- Identify and collaborate with external partners to execute event logistics
- Coordinate logistical activities to ensure events proceed according to plan
- Handle unforeseen logistical issues during events
- Prepare reports and evaluate event logistics performance
What you will<need/>
- Commitment to work for the 2026 term
- Passion for event management and technology
- Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Drive)
- Basic understanding of negotiation, planning, and event organization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
