The Event Logistics team plays a crucial role within the Event Committee, responsible for planning, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that GDGoc HANU events run smoothly and efficiently.

What you will<do/>

  • Develop logistics plans for events
  • Identify and collaborate with external partners to execute event logistics
  • Coordinate logistical activities to ensure events proceed according to plan
  • Handle unforeseen logistical issues during events
  • Prepare reports and evaluate event logistics performance

What you will<need/>

  • Commitment to work for the 2026 term
  • Passion for event management and technology
  • Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Drive)
  • Basic understanding of negotiation, planning, and event organization skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
