The Admin subcommittee is part of the Human Resources department, responsible for administrative management, policy development, and updating member records and benefits within GDGoc HANU.

What you will<do/>

  • Develop policies, regulations, and procedures related to club operations
  • Manage and update personnel records
  • Oversee the internal information database
  • Handle administrative procedures and related issues
  • Manage member benefits, rewards, and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct recruitment processes for the club and projects

What you will<need/>

  • Commitment to working during the 2026 term
  • Interest in human resources, law, and technology
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to grow
  • Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Drive)
  • Strong administrative and written communication skills
  • Ability to train and work effectively with people
