The Development Subcommittee is part of the Human Resources team,designing and coordinating development activities.

Assess training and development needs based on the club’s goals and individual growth objectives
Develop training programs, including planning, preparing materials, and selecting learning resources
Organize and manage training sessions for members
Evaluate post-training performance to ensure members have acquired the necessary knowledge and skills
Provide support and guidance to members in participating in training and development programs

Commitment to working during the 2026 term
Dedication to supporting members’ growth and development
Proactive, eager to learn, and open to self-improvement
Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Mail, Drive, etc)
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Training and people management skills
Preference is given to applicants from Hanoi University (HANU)
